To eliminate the paper bill fee, you may do the following:
- convert to Easy Pay with a credit card or auto check pay through our website or have a live Billing Account Specialist assist you with this
- set up your account to receive emailed bills by consulting with a Billing Account Specialist
- use our automated phone system and select the option to make a payment
