Report a missed delivery
To report a missed delivery, please follow these steps:
- Login using your current registration to myaccount.ocregister.com.
- Once logged in, click on "Your Account" and select "Delivery Issues" to request redelivery. Please be aware for same day redelivery, we will need to be notified by 10 a.m. Monday through Saturday and by 11 a.m. on Sundays.
