Make a subscription payment online

• To make a payment, login to myaccount.ocregister.com using your current email address and password (or the login method that you chose).
• Once logged in, click on "Your Account" and select "Make a Payment."

Update payment information online

• To update your payment method, login to myaccount.ocregister.com using your current email address and password (or the login method that you chose).
• Once logged in, click on "Your Account" and select "Update payment info"

Where do I mail my subscription payment?

Please send all payments to: SCNG PO Box 8013 Willoughby OH 44096. Please remember to include the remittance slip with your payment.

What are Special Editions and how much do they cost?

All home delivery subscriptions will automatically include up to six Special Editions including the Thanksgiving Edition annually at an additional cost. The cost of these Special Editions will be subtracted from the amount you paid for your subscription and will shorten the length of its term. If you prefer not to receive these Special Editions and Thanksgiving Edition, you must call Customer Service to OPT OUT. If you do not OPT OUT, your account will be billed automatically and your term will be shortened.
